RETURN POLICY
- Non Refundable / Returnable / Exchangeable once sold and mailed.
- Colors or quality may differ due to monitor settings, styling & lighting of photography.
- Our jewelry is made by human, there will inevitably be some minor flaws or differences. We do not accept minor differences & small defects as reasons to return / refund / exchange of goods.
- If the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, the same item will be shipped back to you. You will bear the return shipping fee.
DAMAGED ITEM
- If your parcel is seriously damaged when arrives, inform us on the same day or within 1-3 days through EMAIL/Facebook.
- Any late response of more than 1 week will not be entertained.
- Please provide photos and describe the damaged.
- You will entitle for FREE return for the damaged item.
- The return shipping fees will be FULLY bear by us.
WRONG ITEM
- If receive the wrong item, inform us on the same day or 1-3 days through EMAIL/Facebook.
- Provide photos and describe the wrong mailed item.
- You will entitle for FREE return for the wrong mailed item.
- The return shipping fees will be FULLY bear by us.
- Mail back the wrong item in its original packaging. Our shipping address will be given to you in EMAIL / Facebook.
WRONG SIZE
- All our rings come with size tag in which will be checked before being cut off for packing. Due to different suppliers, some rings may be smaller / bigger.
- Due to the different surface area, some rings may “feel” smaller / bigger when wearing.
- If you found that we’ve mailed the wrong size, please inform us within 1~3 days upon received.
- Provide us with photo to show us the wrong size.
- Mail back the ring in its original packaging to us within 1 week. Provide us the tracking number.
- The return shipping fee will be bear by you at first.
- If the ring is the really wrong size, the return shipping fees will be FULLY bear by us.
- If the ring is not the wrong size, you will bear the shipping fees of both ways. The same ring will also be mailed back to you.
- If the ring has no stock or discontinued, you may choose another design of the same price. You may top up the differences if of a higher price.
PROCESSING OF RETURN
- Allow us to have 1 week process time. In normal circumstances, your case will be processed within 1-2 days.
- If you haven’t heard from us after 1-2 days, please EMAIL us again. We might be having holidays or some urgent matters.
